we sent an inquiry many times about our case and USCIS response before its says delay due to security background check "and now it's says "we are still reviewing your case.we will mail a notice when we make a decision".how long are we gonna wait for approval?it's more than 2 yrs

they're like that, getting into USA legally is harder then getting into USA illegally, that is why people's choose to cross border, I have colleague he is from India his cousin tourist visa denied then he choose to enter illegally from Mexico so he went to Mexico hire agent and he crossed border illegally now he is living in Los Angeles on asylum status.

it’s really unfair that they make us wait like this . my case will be 2 years old next month it’s been at the Chicago field office for 5 months with no movement.

yeah ,it's really hard 😞😞 hope we hear good news soon,my husband wants to give up coz he don't know if how many years will we wait but we choose to work our relationship and wait patiently again
