it’s just insane. if you select all service centers it’s only at 15.5 months and if you select nbc which is wear my case used to be it’s at 44.5 months but now my case was sent to mt laurel and you have to select all field offices which is at 62

yes I have for all my forms 485 131 765 and I tried for 130 but they told me I’m still in normal processing time frames based on the information I provided.

The processing time you see is from the of cases adjusted in I think 6 months back. I doesn’t mean you’re waiting that long. You can also minus your months from the months stated.

@TRS Hopefully if that’s the case why won’t they let me submit a service request. and that’s what I did @Charlie SC proceeded with a congressional inquiry but they are taking two plus months to get back to us

did you get your work permit?? definitely you are not normal proces time?? have you tired to get appointment with your local immigration officer ?

@Mimi Olad how do you make an appt with local immigration officer? I never got work or travel permit nope been waiting since 2/14/22

@mount laurel New Jersey That is very good question and you have a big reason for almost five years no work nothing .. and even if not that important to you for work “ maybe your spouse can afford your living. but still your mental will destroy no having answers for so long . You need health coverage.. you need driver license.. you need security

well it’s been 2.5 years no work not 5. I mean technically yes he hasn’t worked in longer. but he does have his driver license and health insurance under me.

I’m still gonna try to setup an appt because 62 months only applies to cases submitted in the last 6 months mine was submitted 2.5 years ago

ANY UPDATES? ANYBODY? My PD is 09/22/2021 and i am in mount laurel field office can anybody give us an update
