hey,
USCIS received my I-130 application on July-2-2021 and they updated the account saying it’s being actively reviewed on July-21-2021 and been waiting
inshallah it will get approved very soon!

# mahammadkhijar khatri, did u apply online? I checked the timeline on visajourney.com and it seems that they are approving cases with late March and early April 2021 PD cases.

did u spoke with them that it's actually in the California service center? sometimes they transfer the case to another service center without notifying u. mine said Potomac but when I spoke to them they said it's actually in California SC.

yes that's what NOA1 (receipt notice) indicates if you want to check the processing time.
im not sure whether California is your service center or not since u paper filed. u can talk to them through Emma or 1800 and confirm your service center. I waited like 3 months then I chatted with them through Emma, they told me your processing center is California. so still waiting since April 2021 and USC.

mine was same thing actively reviewed after one day the sent to me RFE … I returned them .. and after one week it has been approved…
