i130 on green card or passport?

Hello everyone, I recently got married in Pakistan, came back and applied for us passport since I have greencard for five years now, and I’m wondering should I apply for my wife on greencard or should I wait till I get my passport and then I file i130 for her?

you can file for for her but once u get ur citizenship and she is still in the waiting you can update ur status to citizen on the file ,do get an immigration attorney in that case

I’m scheduled for biometrics in two weeks, should I wait for my passport or should I still file i130
