i130 for sibiling
I have a question in terms of what to do next. i received a letter that my i130 was approved in 2009. It was sent to NVC and on March 2022 I received a letter stating it was received. My sister in Mexico also received a letter stating to pay the fees of you haven’t already.. I’m not sure what fees they are talking about. I only paid the fee back when I filed the i130.
Is there anywhere I can check to see what I have to pay and how much? Is there another form I have file after?
Thanks in advance

in my case we submitted in 2017 usics approved petition august2017.
october2021 RFE was issued.
3Jan2022 RFE response was recieved
31 Jan2022 Usics approved case
08feb2022 we recieved approval letters I797c thru mail box,in which was mentioned that case is forward to NvC and they will create case and respond back wil take minimum 45 days, but it’s 63 days now.
we call nvc they issued Invoice ID via phone after confirming DOB.
and now when i enter invoice ID that shows your case is returned to usics for administrative actions and is no more at NVC.
so confused!

@wb how were you able to talk to someone via phone? when I called I was only able to talk to an operator machine?
I’m guessing my case was recently. 12 years later.. which I guess is normal for a usc applying for a sibling
