I130 by marriage
Hello, good day. My application is already 1 year old, and the last update was 8 months ago, stating that they were reviewing my case and that there was nothing pending at the moment. But yesterday, after 8 months, I received a new update that my I130 application is being actively reviewed as of September 14. I would like to know if this has also happened to any of you and if it is a sign that there will soon be news about my application. Thank you.

I came here to ask the same question. Mine is a year old too. The last time we received anything was 5 months ago and on Sept 12 we got an update that our case is being actively reviewed.

doesn’t ppl get approved when it says second actively reviewed. my case sep27th actively reviewed October 2nd.
