mine is from December 2021 and nothing yet. We submit the I130 online and went to Vermont. is your spouse outside USA? this shouldn’t take this long, I’m going through a very emotional role coaster. 😞

PD - April 9th. nothing since 😞

@leorod cas what is your PD? Mine is 12/6/21 in Vermont. USC and we’re still waiting. although it seems most December filers in VT have been approved already

@leorod cas, yes my spouse is overseas and it is the bitter reality that it takes a lot of time. @E S, on visa journey website, it shows that vermont is currently processing October 31, 2021 cases as of now. I know there are people who filed later and got approvals. maybe they appied for k3 or an expedite that pushed their cases for approval.

yeah, it seems like 2022 filers who submit K3 are being approved insanely fast. If you’re not already part of it, I suggest joining the I-130 Vermont Service center Facebook group. I find it to be much more accurate than VJ

my case has 10 months already

Mines was Jan 27 2022 wait time is 11.5 mths hoping and pray everyone cases get sorted this yr in Jesus name 🙏

My case was also in Nebraska but approved in 7 December 2022 within 3 month 😊

my case is at Potomac which is taking 13-15 months now but then I see some ppl getting approved within 4-5 months lol I don’t understand why they do.
