i130 approved i485 under extended review
my husband and I had our interview on 08/31/23 our interview went okay. they approved our i130 but couldn’t approve our i485 so they handed us a paper saying our case is under review. we our anxious and don’t know what to expect. i thought that since our i130 got approved my husband automatically gets a green card but I was wrong.

ı had interview approved officer said 2 years gc . 4 months left nothing. uscis update was schedule interview now. what happend

same boat christy 130 approve after interview and 485 change AV after but I’m not in a rush for approval now cause my marriage will clock 2 years in 2 weeks. After then I will bug their life lol 😂

our lawyer said it will take 2 months for us to know if our i485 gets approved because my husband needs a case from 2006 adjudicated before they can make a decision at uscis.
