@Haseeb Buriro your I-130 was approved quickly ! how lucky! I wanted to askwhere’s your spouse from? and also where was your case located? also did you apply yourself online?

@Fatima A I was blessed that my i130 got approved 160 days after filing. My spouse is a US citizen, I applied through a lawyer.

you are welcome, try to upload more evidence of you and your spouse’s bonafide marriage 1) from the day you submitted the whole application to the day interview, 2) from the day of the interview was conducted to now. this is what I did, I waited for my desicion for two months and then I decided to upload some more evidence online, like 5 days later i got approved . best luck to you

go to document tab on your 485, select the category of ‘bonafide evidence’ (something like that I don’t remember the exact wording). if you have any upload some you and your spouse and friends and family photos, flight tickets, some screenshots of your text messages too

my i130 was approved on july 2023 and until now no answer from my i485 since February 2023 that they received my response for evidence im starting to go bananas already
