I130 approved before interview.
I have just received a notification that my I-130 case was approved. my I-485 is still pending and I'm still waiting for an interview to be scheduled. is that normal?

that happened to me as well, last week actually, and I also got an RFE but no interview was scheduled yet.

sometimes when ur field office is so backlog, ur petition can be approved first

what is your PD? generally after i130 approval,I 485 also will be approved very soon ( either without interview or interview will be scheduled).

same thing happened to me, my 130 got approved on Feb 1st still waiting on my 485
