I sent a letter to uscis to update my status and nothing changed

I got a message from uscis yesterday. And I’m getting ready to submit a copy of my neutralization certificate and a letter

@Tevin Roberts I sent in the letter as well but nothing changed so I called and the lady said it will change in 30 days. I called on 07/18/2022 and it got changed on 08/04/2022.

@Rauf Abdul they take alot longer to change when you mail them.

but why when I call hem about it they’re telling me to send mail, when I call I told Emma I lost receipt number to get to them quickly, what’s your procedure

@Iron Man I live in USA and my husband is currently living in Germany. But we chose the Pakistan Embassy for Interview because it’s convenient for us.

@Tavin I gave them the receipt number and was keep saying change citizenship status and talk to the agent. Try saying talk to the agent again and again.
