@paul b Congratulations, 🥳a question: did you send any unsolicited evidence to the my uscis account before it was approved? I am from December 27, 2022. And it is being actively reviewed since July. And I have the doubt about wanting to send some unsolicited evidence, suddenly that helps speed up🤷‍♀️ ir1

I am F2A and my case is January 2022 and it’s still under review. I have expedited many times and I received an email a month ago that it’s under final review and will have to wait for the final decision. I don’t know how the department operates

@Johanna PP uploading more evidence will not put you at the back of the line I sent additional evidence 7 months after submission and was still approved around the same as others

congratulations,but if you are a green card holder filling for your spouse , you will not get your interview letter until the pd on visa bulletin will be current for you ''prepare yourself for another wait ''and pray 🙏 that the vb will move to 2022 this year

@paul b , you wait now for welcome letter from NVC , then you will have access to your account and you have to pay fees ,when the payment is done you will upload all documents for petitioner '' right form depending on your case , passeport , green card , tax return ....etc and applicant '' pictures , passeport birth certificate marriage certificate , police certificate ...'' you will submit everything and you will wait for your documents to be qualified there is a timeframe on there website '' sometimes it takes more than the time mentioned ''but it's shorter then USCIS step , after you receive an email that your are DQ '' documentarly qualified , your case will stay at NVC until the visa bulletin shows that your pd is current on the final action part '' the visa bulletin is shown every month from 7 to 15 of each month on the official website '', now they are working on cases before Feb 2019 ''hoping it will move faster this year'' , when your pd will be current and depending and if your embassy doesn't have backlog you will receive your interview letter.
