Hello everyone, my i130 PD is April 2024 and I'm still awaiting approval. At the time of application, I was employed full-time. Would switching to a part-time position impact or delay my application?

also, i-130 takes 15.5 months to be approved so it's normal processing times.

no it won’t affect anything, I’d just leave it to be honest, they don’t need your employment status until it’s approved and you have to fill out the i864
