Hi all, Quick question: is it okay to travel out of USA during I130- processing. applied I130 for parent last month. Can they travel and come back to US with out any issues at the port of entry, with I130 pending approval/ approved status? Planning to apply for I485 after travel return. Has anyone done this already with out issues? please inform.
