if your us citizen you can fill for your siblings, but the waiting time is lengthy almost 14-20 years my dad filled for his siblings in 2013 they got approved in 2024.

thanks that’s a very long time I’m wondering how it works if you’re active duty military. I’m currently serving on active duty and also a citizen.
