No my case has just been on actively review. My husband is in Nigeria. We are just waiting for next steps but I have been told it's a much longer wait for a spouse from Nigeria.

yes they right is really crazy in Nigeria now just keep praying but I know u can expedite for husband living abroad nay be u try later next month

they responded to me the same day I uploaded the evidence. I uploaded it yesterday morning and by the evening I received the denial email

@Tee Hunnie what service center is processing your case? I had a 130 for my wife and I got a decision 10 days after the status changed to “Being actively reviewed”. That could be a good sign for your case. I tried to expedite it 2x before and it got denied both times

wow congrats did you get approved yet?

my case went into actively reviewed 9 days after receiving it but because they have a long processing time I have been trying to get is looked at much sooner. 2-3 years waiting for a decision is just way too long so anything I can do to at least get it to one year if waiting time is much better

Are u a US Citizen or LPR? Depending on that, your case may take longer or it could be quicker. When did you fill up?

USC PD date October 14,2021 and actively reviewed since October 25, filed I129 November 5th

You need to be patient. Case is relatevily new. Don’t lose your mind. I know it’s hard to be separated from our love ones, but at the end it will pay off big time

I know I'm working on that big time but it's the fact where my husband is from that is making me nervous. the turn around time for a Nigerian is much tougher than any other place of residence for others. there's a stigma attached to Nigeria which can possible take a very long time
