I will advice you to resend the rfe again and put i note explain that you did sent rfe in the past but you did not see any update that is why u are resenting it now.

I already sent it twice through mail to the USCIS mail box in Vermont centre and I have my receipt with the new of the agent that sign getting it cos it was a priority mail..

oh ok if they signed it when it was received then that is good.

I guess you ahld keep calling them to really make sure i hope they will not claim they lost it. But to be on a safe side call them and make sure they answer you but don't be hard of them but calm.

i do call them every day and yesterday the agent file for a request for me and told me I have to wait for a maximum of 30days but my fear is that on my USCIS online account I have a message that my deadline is over cos it was yesterday for the deadline..

it happens to me they told us they lost it I had to resend third time again and again before they acknowledged it pls still resend it again like two more times pls

but we are outside deadline date..hope it won't affect cos I need to be careful now resending to be on a safer side..
