@tired from waitingg have you thought about filing a mandamus? I know it can be expensive but if you have a strong case it's definitely worth it.
Good luck!
tired from waitinggOct 23, 2025
@Yana Yana i thought about it but i dont think i will
Idel MOct 23, 2025
@tired from waitingg did you summited with police reports or your case was just emotional ?
waiting_since Jan_2020Oct 23, 2025
@tired from waitingg mine shows 2137 days !!
Waiting CatOct 23, 2025
@tired from waitingg @waiting_since Jan_2020 I think you both should get an FBI background check done and send that and ex spouses ID/passport/birth certificate (if you have any of those) as unsolicited evidence to the address your shown on receipt notices. That could spark them to get and review your cases again and make a decision. also contact your senator by looking up their address on Google if you haven't done so already. it's a torturous wait and my prayers are with you
tired from waitinggOct 23, 2025
@Idel M @Waiting Cat send them aill already
waiting_since Jan_2020Oct 23, 2025

@waiting_since Jan_2020 2137 days is ridiculous. I hope you’re fine :(
praying 4goodnewzOct 23, 2025
@tired from waitingg I think Jan 2021 cases are backlogged. it seems they’re working on Q4 2021 and 2022 cases now.

@tired from waitingg i have a question did you had some psychological evaluations?
tired from waitinggOct 23, 2025
@Elmer B yes i do have
Waiting CatOct 23, 2025
@tired from waitingg I suggesting to resend them again if you haven't resent the above suggested already. my VAWA is from Jan 2022 and was approved in August. No RFEs. Just before the approval my lawyer resent my ex spouse's ID, passport and birth certificate as unsolicited for evidence.
tired from waitinggOct 23, 2025
@Waiting Cat what is unsolicited evidence mean? like they dont even asked me anything i should send her birth certificate and most likely expired id?
Waiting CatOct 24, 2025
@tired from waitingg Yes exactly what I'm saying. unsolicited - meaning not asked for but you feel it'll help your case. If it's within your budget, send a new FBI background check and ex spouse's ID/ passport or birth cert. add a cover letter explaining what you sent. Wish you grace

@tired from waitingg bro I think you need to do something that reminds them about your case. unsolicited evidence sounds like a cheaper and nice reason
