Don’t give up and stay positive! it will happen! The wait was hard for me but at the end it happened! Use all resources possible.. Ombudsman, Senator, Tier 2, Inquiries.. Do it all! I did all. I don’t recommend Mandamus of Writ. At first I was going to sue but didn’t move forward. too costly and not sure if there’s a negative impact or not.. I really don’t know.. But wishing all good luck and keep messaging them and use all resources available.
