I went to the INTERVIEW and the Inmigration judge asked me about my I864W.
I went to the INTERVIEW and the Inmigration judge asked me about my I864W. Do you know if still need it? I knew that the approved I360 is enough proof that we are exempt of affidavit support.
She told me that I need to wait for a letter to send the I864W. My second question is how long will take to send the letter? I am afraid that it take long time…
Do you think is good idea to get an Infopass and let them know that the Judge asked about I864w and is it not need it anymore?

submit I-864W to Vermont Service Cebnter asap. that’s related to your 485 not I360.

My attorney did that for me and gave me the I864W to take with me to my interview next month. It is new, she said.

“The interview notice also requests the I-864W, which was taken down from the USCIS website for a period of time and is now back. It is typically submitted with the VAWA application to demonstrate that you are not subject to the public charge rule, but under the Trump administration they made some changes which resulted in it being removed and they have since put it back.”
That’s what my attorney said. It is a pretty simple form.

Excelent information @s s I don’t know now how long I need to wait for the new RFE letter requesting the I864W. you recommend me to get an info pass and take the I864w or just wait. and you think is going to take a couple months or what you think? I really appreciate your info.

So, let me get this straight. Did you go to the interview without the I864W? And they said they would send you a RFE requesting the form from you?

If you get the infopass, I suggest you to write a cover letter explaining to them why you are sending the form to USCIS.

@s s Yes, you are right! my lawyer told me that they didn’t ask for it. and I read the documents that they requested to bring In the interview and they don’t mention nothing about it. I don’t know now what I should do.

If you have a lawyer, he/she should be the one doing something about it. They asked for the I864 from me and I already have it in hands ready for my interview day.

@s s they asked for “ Form I-864 with all requested evidence, including the following, for each of your sponsors(unless already submitted) in the interview notice. (not i864w) @s s is it same as yours?

@Steve_o tt yes they did! there is a whole list. my attorney sent to me the whole application paperwork just to be sure I have everything on me
