I submitted my upgrade request (F2A) on May 29 and still haven’t received any response. It’s been 28 days now, and in two days it will reach the 30-day mark. Is anyone else going through the same?

Hi, we called after 28 days and asked if the case was upgraded. The agent confirmed the upgrade and we received approval same or next day.

@Maria Chong I did this yesterday through Emma, and they told me to wait until it reaches 30 days 🫠

@Agatha C, if you don't hear anything by the weekend, call them on Monday. it might take a bit longer but you should hear from them soon.

@Maria Chong @Disha Patel After 29 days, I contacted Emma and found out that my upgrade request had never been submitted. I had already reached out three times before, and no one informed me that the request hadn’t been made. Today, it was finally submitted and they told me to wait more 30 days AGAIN
