they accepted your request, and reopened your case. And sent a notice of action to your address.

what was the denial reason?

@Gc 0321 I submitted I-290B on Jan 10 and got an notice about reopening of case on Feb 5th so almost a month

@M F @Patience Hope wasn’t able to send medical documents upon RFE as didn’t get a notice or a letter on the mail.

my lawyer helped me in submitting I-290B.

@Gc 0321 my lawyer did everything that was needed and the only thing I did was sign the I-290B form.

@Gc 0321 how are you maintaining your status right now? I had to go back to school to continue as F-1, waiting for CPT to be approved to be able to work at least part time. I know it’s very frustrating but all we can do is do everything that can be handled by us; basically stay in valid status and wait for a good decision.

@free life mine just says case was reopened nothing else since 2/5. is your priority date current?
