@Gc 0321 I submitted I-290B on Jan 10 and got an notice about reopening of case on Feb 5th so almost a month

@M F @Patience Hope wasn’t able to send medical documents upon RFE as didn’t get a notice or a letter on the mail.

@blue luck I’ve waited for my I290B in 4 months. Can you please tell me how you submit with your I290B. my case is denied by mistake also, they said I didn’t submit my RFE medical but I did.

my lawyer helped me in submitting I-290B.

@Gc 0321 my lawyer did everything that was needed and the only thing I did was sign the I-290B form.

@blue luck I did only sign the letter too! but my case is talking too long, I’m worried about can’t working and about to renew the drivers license 😞 And I did ask my lawyer Do we have anyway to expedite the I290B, they said NO!

@Gc 0321 how are you maintaining your status right now? I had to go back to school to continue as F-1, waiting for CPT to be approved to be able to work at least part time. I know it’s very frustrating but all we can do is do everything that can be handled by us; basically stay in valid status and wait for a good decision.

@blue luck I already used the EAD to work for sponsor so I can’t go back F1 anymore! Or Can’t even refile I485😞

@blue luck changed to case was reopened for reconsideration the same day no notice but I got a update online and after like 30 minutes changed to case actively review
