I spoke with a live agent through Emma and both told me my case was transferred to my local field office. I called and spoke to an agent and she told me a that my case is still at NBC. 🤦♂️

ask another Emma. call again. see if you get the same answer again. a lot of people do 5 tries before they believe it 😂

@Nav sandhu nah but I hear that people get conflicting responses. I honestly don’t contact Emma frequently… they either approve it or it is in the wait pile… that’s how I see it. no update is meaningful until I get a second active review message. 🤷🏻♀️
