I SERVE AN AWESOME GOD, AND HE WORKS WITH ME.
I got my i130 approved 26 days ago. My i485 has been actively reviewing for approximately a month now. I prayed that my i485 didn’t get approved until after September 2nd. Today is my 2nd wedding anniversary so now my case can be approved any day now. I am now waiting patiently waiting for my 10 year green card to be approved because I just didn’t want to bother with any conditional GC and USCIS again right now. I will let you guys k ow when I get approved. Have a blessed day you all. Let us keep praying for each other.

you and me both, although neither 130 nor 1485 has been approved, I recently responded to RFE for medicals so hopefully, I hear something the soonest

@D@ddyB Zuniga how do you know if your interview got waived? I’m in a similar process. my I-130 and I-485 were approved 4 months ago. I got later RFE for evidence of life together for I-485. submitted roughly 1.5 months ago and ever since it has been silence

You can ask that direct question to a live agent and they can tell you. I knew from last November that my interview was waived.
