I sent my green card application and it arrived at the Chicago lockbox on October 20th and I still haven't received the text message. Is this normal? Can it take longer?

Mine was also delivered on Oct 23 and haven't received a text or notice!

mine was received May 19 and I got a notice in the mail on June 1. I think this is normal. get ready for everything to take 10x longer than you would expect.

@Bruno piccirillo to be honest I am not sure if my lawyer did but I didn’t get messages until I signed up for them after I set up my online account. only ever got one message so far for an RFIE. but all the communication takes a long time…

for example I got an update saying I had an RFIE on Oct 12. there was no notice under documents online until the 17th and it took me until the 26th to get a notice in the mail.
