I sent my expedite after being DQ my embassy is Lagos embassy Nigeria the haven’t respond yet going to one week now what could be the cause?

I'm from nigeria too but I base and process all my file from Italy my i130 have been approved since last year December but I'm still here waiting for my interview from NVC in italy to give me an appointment date
