I recently used my advanced parole to go to Jamaica for a week. Coming back through the Atl airport was a breeze, I was not questioned, just document stamped and that was it.

I am married to a U.S. citizen, I overstayed on my B1/B2 visa for 7 years. I traveled with Delta airlines. I also expedited my advance parole under urgent humanitarian reasons as I had a death in my family. I traveled with other family members as my husband wasn’t able to attend. I checked in to the airport with no problems, upon reaching atl I handed my passport to the officer after which he asked someone to take me to the back. It was a full room but my name was called 3rd. He just handed me my passport and told me to have a nice night, no questions asked.

@god bless I felt the same way that you did. I worried for the entire time but it was all for nothing. Just make sure to travel with all your receipts relating to your case. I expedited so I just put all my evidence in an envelope in case I was asked, I also brought back stuff relating to the funeral. I read the eulogy so my name was on the program and that’s proof as well. As long as you have no criminal background then u should be fine. I was probably not questioned because I expedited and had to send proof to be approved so they already have what they need.
