file a i290b to reopen your case…. that happened to me September… they reopened my case and my i765 approved the same day… now I’m waiting on them to approve the I485

Is that my only option to reopen the case

was it denied because of the same evidence ?

just file motion to reopen or if they gave u the option to appeal do so ASAP.

can someone tell me what is the timeline once you file the i290b, how long does it generally take ?

Did she not submit any of her tax documents or just didn’t submit the W-2 with it? My join sponsor just sent the tax transcript with the form so I am wondering if we should upload any w-2s asap

@skye b why was your case denied? my case was denied for missing my husband’s taxes:( even if we have a join sponsor. so i don t know if i should open a motion to reconsider or to refile from zero

@12/19/2022 marca refile it’s faster…. bcuz after my case was reopened, the process starts all over again.

@skye b I will be filing the motion to reopen, are there any supporting documents that needs to be with it other than the missing evidence

@Mina Kalamir she submitted her tax receipt only, she did not submit any W-2. I would upload asap if i were you just to be sure. I guess they want everything

I submitted mine with everything all the evidence
