I received RFE for the second time! it's common?
one month after sending the first RFE response my case was updated saying that an rfe was sent? Does this mean anything or could it be an error?

It’s common to receive more than 1 RFE. You might still be missing information that USCIS needs. So, make sure that you read exactly what they want and send everything.

the first rfe asked me for everything that already existed
in the process, I resent 200 response pages. the second rfe I still haven't received

@Einar Adam the app says a second rfe has been sent. however, it is actually a negative answer.
