i sent to lawyer and lawyer sent it. i got msg said they received and after day i130 approved and then i485 approved.

@MdJ Guzman Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for delay on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"
