I received letter about my appeal
I filed appeal in March 2023 based on denial of my case.
This is what I just received “ Counsel has requested that the matter be remanded to the Director for further consideration. Accordingly this matter is remanded to the Director for further consideration and for the entry of a new decision “
Has anyone experienced this OR do you know what’s next after this?
