hello everyone, have anyone ever experience this before?
I received an update on my acct for my i130 yesterday first it say canceled request for additional evidence then it now states "explain uscis actions was mailed"

instead of waiting for it to come in the mail, you should log into your USCIS account on a computer and click on wherever your uploaded documents are ..it should show up there. it’s much quicker to look at whatever they sent you that way, than to wait for it to come in the mail. that’s what I did instead of waiting for stuff to come in the mail.

it has not yet uploaded in the document tab around 6pm today it will.. so I'm just waiting.. thank you though 😊

Sure! it was Notice of Intend to deny (Noid) look it up and it will explain more in detail. However, mine wasn't a problematic one.. I'm greatful. I was just asked for request for evidence 🙄 seeing that it's been in for 2years.. once I can provide all of what they are looking, they can make their final decision. they said the just want to make sure I did not enter the marriage for only benefit purposes..
