Write a detailed latter on humanitarian grounds, explain all these details with evidence of medical records and mail to both vermont service center and Nebraska service. on the envelope write "Urgent I-360 Expedite Request". Also give your congressman copy of the expedite package.

my expedite was approve, sometimes you have to write yourself so you can give enough details compared to asking someone to do for you, another issue is make sure you have evidences, not an appointment to go for diagnose, they need to see if you already diagnosed with it. I advice you to write by yourself, attach your evidence and send it out!!! even if they don't approve, you have nothing to lose. this is not legally advice, based on my opions goodluck

@bethany . how many days did they take to approve u? I sent expedite base on my moms death, I attached evidences along with a detailed letter two weeks now and I’m being ignored

@Mili Jean what @bethany . and @az az said is totally correct and that’s the best way to go about it. make sure you are well detailed in your letter and attach all the proofs that you have to make it stronger. Do that fast but it might take about 2 weeks to a month to get a response so you will have to be extremely patient. I believe you will get approved in no time.

@2022 filer give USCIS another 2-3 weeks okay I’m sure they will respond to you. and if you don’t hear from them at that time then you can reach out to your congressman and attach the proof of what you sent to them for further push and everything will be fine.

@Mili Jean you don't need expedite. you can use prima facie but not everybody is eligible for medicaid. You can't get it if you are working and making certain amount of $$$. Call your hospital and ask for help
