i reach out my 802 days waiting for my i485 approval totally crazy does anyone else in the same situation
i submit my cr1 through marriage with a us citizen on july 2022 and all other application were approved already except for my i485 does anyone in the same situation in nj

Did you try local congress inquiry? You may file mandamus as my friend did, you can file as pro se. You will get a response within 30-60 days. Do youtube search "writ of mandamus pro se"

mine 955 days waiting @ Texas USCIS . 13 Aug interview done , I485 & I 130 are still pending. The worst is I never got my i131 travel document either , so I can’t even fly and live like a normal human . last night finally I send the request to the congressman , hope it helps . so depressed and stressful process !!

no I worked in my country , then I came and get married in USA , then stayed and started the application in Feb 22
