I’m also stuck March 2020. Congressman said my case is in queue to receive. I don’t understand. I’m helpless. please guide me anyone and my lawyer said wait . we can’t do nothing . pray for me guys . I’m going through hard times

@sam thomas how long ago did you get that response from the congressman? I took an experiencing hardship I've written to them twice, been to congressperson l, senator and even visit the local office by way of an info pass. The senator wrote to them and they sent back for me to send a notorized copy of my ID and they resent it last month so I'm still waiting. Let's keep the faith my brother🙏🏾🙏🏾

Please never lose hope. Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"
