I noticed PD from 2022 are getting GC before PD from 2021
Hi everybody! I’ve been noticed that a lot of Eb3-1 and Eb3-2 are receiving their green cards even though the PD is 2022. My PD is 04/2021 and my case still CRP. Is that because My case is Eb3-3? USCIS issue GC fist to Eb3-1 and Eb3-2 ?

yes eb-3 skilled are ahead of unskilled. your pd is not current bc it’s a August 2020 right now.
