I need your advice please.
I asked my lawyer to send me a copy of i130 form that he submitted to USCIS 10 months ago and I found more than 10 errors including our marriage date, my passport expiration date, my email…. I called him and he asked me to send him the corrections to fix the errors. Should i do that or look for another lawyer? my case is F2A and still under review so far. Thank you

it’s better to change your lawyer now than later because if you found error by self then may be u get RFE soon ..

you should always verify the forms before the lawyer submit your application

Yeah the employees filling the forms at lawyer’s firms are not always great…. or just don’t care. I also had to read my forms several times to make them change what they wrote in the first place. took me like 4-5 readings before it was perfect!

@soso M don’t change the lawyer go all over on the forms again just correct them with your lawyer otherwise you’ll waste money and time good luck 👍
