I NEED YALL OPINIONS ON THIS
I need opinions on this. Because I didn’t file concurrently would it take longer for my I485 to be approved???? My I360 was approved in July 2024. Once I received my approval letter in the mail I started my I485 application process and submitted it with my medicals in September 2024. I got my receipt letter for that application and they also reused my old fingerprints to apply unto my case. on Nov 4 2024 my application was transferred to NBC (National Benefits Center). So now am just waiting I guess 😒

omg me too ! expect my 360 was approved in Feb 2024 and I submitted my 485 in march. my 485 got moved to nbc last week .. I’m also not sure how long we have to wait now 😨

@sweet lins you case is progressing which is a good sign. What supporting documents did you attach to you I485 apart from your medicals ?

@Dee Grace 2 passport photos, copy of my birth certificate, copy of my divorce, and copy of my approved I360

@sweet lins I don't think it will take much longer because even when you file concurrently, they're not touching the I-485 until the I-360 is approved. You'll probably only lose the time it takes to send them the I-485 after approval versus them already having it and immediately moving to it

@Dee Grace yes it was sent to Nebraska and then on Nov 4 2024 Nebraska transferred it to National Benefits Center
