I Need To Know if someone has any idea what can I do with my case. I’m waiting since March 13, 2023 to get my I-485 approved but I didn’t get yet even the social or the EAD and I’ve called many times.

expedite 765 through congressman. if you have a job offer and can prove financial loss you have a reason to expedite that. then they might just look at your 485 and approve it. good luck

i got my ead and ssn 20 months after filing
my pd is october 2021 and i130 and i485 are still pending

try local congress or senate, to submit inquiry. If there will not be much help, you can sue USCIS for a delayed case as a Pro Se. You will get a decision within 60 days. Learn more about it writofmandamususcis.weebly.com
