I need some suggestions
I send rfe jun15 2023 and delivered June 17 2023, after 2 months I never received any updated, 14aug I call to uscis and sumbit my inquiry.
Today I received uscis mail, he say
your i485 is pending, we regret that we are not able to give you a time frame for when we will complete the review of ur petition. your rfe response was received. that it
anybody know how much time take by usics to approve 485
I already waiting last morethan 3years

@Harjinder singh My friend no knows how long the adjudication of an application will take. Just be patient.

@Harjinder singh You are within final stage of your process. Since your case wasn't approved by NBC it could be 2 things. 1 - it's transfered to CFO for the purposes of final adjudication. 2. An interview is required. We hope your case is reason 1 and you will be approved without an interview within following 6 months.
