@Harjinder singh Have you checked online to see how long your application takes are the current field office? If it's past the normal processing timeline your may be able to submit an in inquiry regarding the delay.

I am in the same situation, applied in 2019, received request of evidence in June, I responded to it in August and been 2 months no response. I tried the online inquiry it said out of normal process when I click to submit my inquiry it said I can't submit one . so exhausted 4 years of waiting
