Now, im really desesperate and have some questions
First: if i am IR2 (under 21 unmarried son of us citizen) i have to wait my priority date in the bulletin?
What it means when my sister (8 years old) receive his Welcome Letter and me not? we got the aproval 7 days ago

my husband petition for my 3 daughters from Jan ,2021 haven’t received welcome letter yet each time he calls them they said work overload on their end

You dont have a priority date in the Visa bulletin because you are under 21 and a child of a US citizen.
You and your sister will both receive welcome letters in a few days

it doesn’t matter the order the welcome letter is received. it’s 2 different case and the letters are generated anywhere between 1-30 business day. you’ll get your welcome letter
