bro I understand your situation my case is similar I'm a nigeria living in italy 🇮🇹 we got married here in Italy and she took our wedding certificate to America where she did the process since last year April 15 2022 which is about 513days now , we are waiting for respond from uscis nothing except only when we were told to add more evidence this year April 26 and we did it immediately and submitted it the next day about 5months now since we added more evidence nothing from them ...so I believe it's just patient as long you did all necessary things just wait u will have a respond soon , I'm still working and waiting at the same time .. thanks bro

thank yuh bru for the encouragement @ okechukeu but my case we don’t know if they need some more evidence or what and the lawyer was the one suppose to tell us everything and he’s hardly to get on fon, I remember the last call we hear from him saying that we should still wait and everything is fine and we should expect some good news anytime from now, but the thing is we don’t understand anything from this USCIS app at all

If your case is already approved and you’re at the NVC level, which means you will be documentarily qualify then you just have to wait for the interview. We were D’qued in 2022 Ghana and we are still waiting to hear back for an interview date…. We started the process in 2020… Long wait especially for Ghana. The last I heard they are interviewing people who were dequeued in February 2021. This came from my Congress office who contacted them on my behalf.
