If you are in removal proceeding, no need to file advance parol as I don’t see any point is traveling outside the country while you are in removal. File prosecutorial discretion (PD) first. once your case is dismissed. then you can file advance parol.

@ajoy This is not a legal advice but I will personally advice you not to waist your money in applying for advance parole if your are on removal proceedings. Your your lawyer advice asked you to apply it then I will still advice you to change that lawyer as he or she don’t know what they doing. uscis would not approve your application and even if they approve it. you cannot leave the country while’s on removal proceedings. if you do it’s self deportation cus you will not be allow to come back . I’m speaking from experience I’ve asked my lawyer if I can apply for travel documents and she agreed to it . she asked me to pay her $2000 knowing well that it will be denied.
