I had the interview I was waiting for a letter to approve or deny my case when I checked my status today it said the interview was canceled and it will reschedule

if she said no then it would be a denial letter instead of an approval not cancel because you already had the interview. an interview can be cancel before nor after the interview was done

well then wait for the interview letter in the mail and if it is a second interview prepare yourself and your spouse for stroke interview cuz most of the time the second interview is stroke which will be done separate not together

I was just chatting with someone on this app she had about 5 rfe when I ask her why so much rfe she said her lawyer didn't know much about divorce and stuff. just to show u how some dumb lawyers can make your case delay too after u pay them so much money to file a simple form

I never use a lawyer for any of my cases and my husband case and we never had a single rfe and always approved in a timely manner so lawyer or not if your case is complicated uscis can still like its fraud and still take long to approve your case

specifically now u can file some form online and with online filling u can't miss a question or leave or not sign the form cuz at the end it will not let u summit the form without fixing the error or answer the question so why pay a dummy couple thousand dollars to file my form if im stoll gonna get rfe or be waiting for years to receive a bio appointment

I file my husband n400 he became a citizen in less than a year his sister paid a lawyer $1500 to file her citizen it's been over a year now and she haven't received a bio appointment yet

so it's not about the lawyer it's about your luck and your faith in God stop worshiping lawyers thinking they will get your case approved faster. if u can afford it and your case is complicated then yes if not use your knowledge and do it yourself
