when the RFE is for medical they usually waive the interview and will send the GC! so good luck and send the documents ASAP!

Medical rfe dosent guarantee interview waiver, it's a standard practice lately...

after medical rfe ı had interview officer approve and uscis system show interview cancel . ı wait 4 months my gc come but uscis now show update was interview schedule . ı am sooooo upset what happend

it is a glitch at Murat yurt, you need to call them, same thing happened to me.

interview was waived, yet was scheduled interview, after interview, officer approved and it the system says cancelled,I called uscis and the replied that my interview was waived, that is why interview was cancelled.

@texas pls they said they send me a Rfe for medical but i never got it, now the last day to send it has pass march 2023.

check your Email. my own RFE was through email

@texas pls when check it was a 2nd actively review. I think they forgot to mail it or put it in my Notice Because it was Dec29 2022.

@texas pls yes i checked my email, usps mails, i check my uscis account nothing… But they told my congresswoman they sent it to me.

just call agent and ask, all these are human errors.

No, I didn't. My document still shows interview scheduled but uscis sent a letter saying there won't be any interview that it has been waived.

@lm m does the courtesy letter say, does it say don’t send medical with out an official rfe.because sometimes they will send a courtesy letter but give you an option to send it.

@D M it was to mail it to them but never got it… Congresswomen me and show me that uscis said they send me a Courtesy letter to send my medical to them… But they lie, i never got that…they forgot to send it and put in my Notice… Only thing they added was Actively reviewing on my case on Dec 29 2022…. So tuesday I will go do my medical to send to them even if the has pass to send it. I will copy all my proof that i never got the letter

I have a similar case with you but me I’m lucky I find mine the ups drop the letter on my old adress ,he was send it to me on June 26th 2023 and my last the was September 21th 2023 and the congress contacted me said uscis ask me for request evidence and I called them I explain them I was moved I lost the letter of evidence request and he was emailed to me the same day day the next day I do my medical examination and I mailed out quick .so now I’m waiting for response

the congress has never lied about the information cases if congress said uscis was mailed to you that true .because me I was thinking is a joke I don’t believe it I replied to congress I telling them I never find them but when I called the uscis call center I explained to them the congressman told me I have a letter requesting for uscis and the customer tell me to confirm my email adress after 10 munit ago he sent it to me .my last day to send it was September 21 th 2023 .I’m already send it .

if you never moved make sure you call to see your i485 what adress is on it because mine when I was moved I told my lawyer to change for me and he was sending a confirmation to me told me the adress is change but guess what my adress was never update that’s why I lost the letter from uscis ,but thank lord the congressman informing me about that but for me.
