Please people never lose hope. Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for delay on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"

final action date for F4 category is still in 2007 or 2008. I will advice you go on with your lives as the process moves. I know it would not take less than 10 years. All the best. in your free time, you can read up on US visa bulletin board.
