but the attorney can fill 485j with the 140 filing doc.

not all employers give 485j

your Lawyer can do it without the sponsor help, but make sure the lawyer has all the documentation.

If you have all your process documentation, an immigration lawyer can help you doing it, of course you will have to pay for it because the sponsor won’t donit anymore.

the I-485 doesn’t request ang sponsor signatures or any of their information it’s just personal information.

I would ask my employer on your behalf if they would file 485J and get back to you

@Ale S but we need 485j paper that shows that employer offering job and willing to file on this behalf other documents go to uscis thats why its called employer based greencard so how come without this immigration lawyer can help ? cuz i140 approved with the help of employer
