No. he didn’t have CRP. did you have interview before CRP?

@minh nguyen No, I dont have any interview or request. The only request was medical request before CRP, and I summited it on June 2022. After that I got EAD card and work until now

that’s why you have rfe. I have interviewed and I submitted medical with 485j. then it changed to CRP. your medial exam is more than a year, it’s expired

may I know how file expedite request, did you do that through your lawyer?

@lona lona Nguyen maybe 485j was pending for them to ask and after the expedite they sent it to you ( 100% guessing) or it was just a coincidence

@EB3 Unskill there is a page call expedite request on USCIS website, and if your case is current, put it like case outside of normal processing time.

@Mr X of course not! when they asked for mine I was even working for my sponsor yet. they sent me a RFE for J 3 months before my interview

yes, the last medical have some missing information, so they just need me to add a little bit information in it. nothing important. I hope I will get GC soon after I reply to their RFE
