My inquiry date was September 10th, 2023 but they sadly pushed it back to May 2024 . That’s when the wait time was 36 months, instead of what it is now 44.5 months @Billy Bob . And thank you, hopefully we all do. This process has been mentally draining for me and I can’t imagine what it’s like for others… whom may have it worse than me or are in hard conditions in their home country etc

I’m happy to hear that!! I have both a 1-601 and 1-601A . Currently my last update for my 1-601 was 9 months ago almost 10 . Saying they received my case and my last update on my 1-601A was about 2.6 years ago when they added my fingerprints to my case @Bon Bagay

@Bon Bagay ok great congrats on your approval do you mind sharing which lawyer you use I had my interview last week but was given a I-601 waiver to file I am not in country.
